Feedback, bug reports, or what your own contract actually says
This tool was built from bank fee schedules and contract terms, and those change all the time. If the contract in front of you contains a clause the tool gets wrong, that is the most valuable thing you could send me.
Report a calculation bug
For a quick fix, the message should include:
- The share link for the broken scenario, from the copy link button in the tool.
- The figure you believe is correct, and where it comes from, such as the bank’s own spreadsheet.
- The contract clause, if the problem involves a fee or the promotional interest clawback.
Suggest a feature
A few things are already on the list: entering a quarter-by-quarter schedule of base rate changes instead of one fixed figure, handling loans drawn down in two tranches, and comparing renting against buying on the same cash flows. If you need one of them sooner, say so.
